Career opportunities in "Kompass" - (OC) Germany

Interim/Acting Team Leader - Steve Grubb

[Note: This team currently has one missionary remaining that is serving under Kompass. We are open to building a new team with the personnel components described below. Leadership and location of such a new team would need to be determined]

Missionary Needs:

  1. Teacher/Motivational speaker
An individual who can teach and model seminar materials – with a primary focus on spiritual formation – to/for pastors, lay leaders and students, motivating them to apply the material personally, as well as teach it to others.

  2. Leadership Development Specialist
We are envisioning someone who could establish a profile nationally as a visionary, and share leadership materials with leaders in the church, as well as in the secular market place (a lá John Maxwell).

  3. Administrative Assistant
A  part-time or full-time position. Elements of this ministry would include a)
bookkeeping for team, and b) support services to the Ministry Team including, copying, developing Power Point type presentations, correspondence, general secretarial services. This person would also have the freedom to pursue his/her own ministry avenue(s) as time allows.

  4. The following ministries within the context of a local church, or training on a regional and even national scope would be very welcome:
           Youth Ministries
           Children’s Ministries

  5. Short Term Missions Coordinator
This individual would pursue ministry opportunities in Germany, and coordinate partner organizations (from the U.S. or elsewhere) to complete the ministry through short-term projects.

  6. Sports Ministry Development
This individual would pursue the vision and need to develop sport ministries in and through local churches.

  7. Researcher
An individual to research trends and movements in Germany, both national and free churches. An ultimate goal would be to have any critical analyses of developing trends published.
