Member care can be defined as ongoing preparation, equipping, and empowering of personnel for effective and sustainable life and ministry. OCI Europe seeks to provide support and encouragement to our missionaries and their children through various challenges they face. Leadership facilitates retreats, field visits, in-home hospitality, phone/Skype calls and many other modes of contact in order to preserve/enhance team unity and family health on our fields.
